1. Booking and Advance Payment

• Booking is confirmed only after 30% advance payment.

• 50% payment to be made on the day of the event.

• Remaining 20% payment to be made before album/video delivery.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Advance payment is non-refundable.

• In case of rescheduling, the advance can be adjusted for the new date subject to availability.

• Any cancellation must be communicated in writing.

3. Event Coverage

• Pre-wedding, post-wedding, and traditional wedding packages include photography and videography as per the selected package.

• Any additional hours beyond the package will be charged extra.

• Client must provide correct event timings and locations in advance.

4. Team Respect & Conduct

• Photography & videography team must be respected by all guests.

• No guest or family member should insult, harass, or obstruct the team during the shoot.

• Preet Film Production is not responsible for missed shots due to client or guest interference.

5. Content Delivery

• Albums, videos, and digital content will be delivered within the agreed timeline.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to editing complexity or special requests.

• Raw footage may not be provided unless agreed separately.

6. Usage Rights

• Preet Film Production retains copyright of all photos and videos.

• Client may use the content for personal purposes, social media, and sharing with friends/family.

• Any commercial use requires written permission.

7. Travel & Accommodation

• Travel expenses for events outside the Tricity area will be charged separately.

• Client must arrange accommodation if overnight stay is required.

8. Liability

• Preet Film Production is not responsible for accidents, loss, or damage during the event.

• Client is responsible for the safety of the team and equipment during the shoot.

9. Force Majeure

• Preet Film Production is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemic-related issues.

10. Agreement Confirmation

• By confirming the booking and making the advance payment, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
